Rick worked in commercial real estate for 10 years before launching his own company in 2006. In 2010, Kaplan Commercial Properties, Inc., merged with RE/MAX Executive Realty. Rick is a member of the United Chamber of Commerce, Milford Chamber of Commerce, and other networking groups. He has also served on the Industrial Development Committee for the Town of Medway, is a past member of the 495/MetroWest Partnership, is a Board Member at Jeff’s Place of Metrowest and is an AIPAC member.

Casey has a wide range of experience in Commercial Real Estate. He has overseen and completed office renovations, flipped multifamily homes, facilitated mill conversions, supervised property maintenance and spearheaded condominium sales. His knowledge of MetroWest and surrounding areas assists him in finding great opportunities for his commercial sale and leasing clients.
